| Officer
Danny Ramirez is a 9-year veteran of the Oak Brook Police Department
and has served as a SWAT K-9 Handler/Operator since 2001. Ofc. Ramirez’s
partner Uri, a German Shepherd, was the first canine for the SWAT team.
Unfortunately, canine Uri passed away in December of 2005. He will
be replaced in the spring of 2006. |

Steve Liss is a 8year veteran of the Darien Police Department and has
served as a SWAT K-9 Handler/Operator since 2005. Ofc. Liss’s
partner Quanto is a German Shepherd. Quanto was imported from Germany
and has worked with Ofc. Liss since December 2003. |
